Kazland is a 30-something, self taught, mixed media artist from the south of England. 

Painting almost entirely through intuition he lets the process guide the work. His art is about telling stories and finding balance therein. Now entering into his tenth year as a professional artist, he has made thousands of paintings and has work hanging all over the world – including some of the most fashionable countries you can think of.

‘Casting Shadows Like Spells’ – Thrown carefully across the outside world like fancy bird seed at the end of bag. 

Making islands and mountains from milestones and molehills. We gather speed as we run home to bed.

Slowly turning to stone – it’s all for the best. It was easy to get lost here in the past. They’ve changed so much. It’s impossible now.

Where’s the fun in that? It can be fixed. Only with time – I have none to spare, It’s all mine.

“Projectando sombras como feitiços”  – Lançando-as cuidadosamente pelo mundo lá fora, como boas sementes de pássaro, no final do saco. Criando ilhas e montanhas de marcos de estrada e montes de toupeira. Acumulamos velocidade enquanto corremos para a cama em casa. Transformando-me lentamente em pedra – é para o melhor. Foi fácil perder-me aqui, no passado. Eles mudaram tanto. Agora é impossível. Onde está a diversão nisso? Pode ser reparada

Só com tempo – Eu não tenho nenhum de sobra, é todo meu
